YO!

It's been a while, so here's what's up with me right now:

Job Search:
I have two prospective jobs: One is doing data entry for the fire department. The other is selling kid's clothes at some store. So, needless to say, I hope that the City's Human Resources department will call me (they said they'd call my by friday) and tell me they want me. They pay significantly more than the store does.

The Shining Force Project:
I have Anri, Diane, and Zylo done. I tried doing Balbaroy, which proved to be a bitch, so I stopped.

Fanworks:
Started writing a crossover fanfic. The two series involved are NighWalker, and of course, Weiss. I drew a really kewl pic of Shido (WOW!). I might scan and colour it soon. I have to double-check the HTML for Ken and the NekoNeko Syrum. I think I may have replaced chapter 3 with chapter 4. Oopsie!

Other:
I'm working on a Nakami pic. I took the pose/outfit out of a magazine. I've redesigned her bangs yet again. This time, I'm pretty pleased with the results. I also got an idea for a Nakami and/or Ten pic.... from the Utena poster I bought whilst in Calgary.

My aunt, uncle and two cousins from the old country will be over in two more weeks. From what I hear, the young ones are thrilled that they'll be here when I am "Jarig"

I plan on getting my Calgary photos developed tomorrow, while I go in search of milky pens for my black-papered notebook. I've been writing the NightWalker fic in it, and I'm running low on Day-glo Yellow.

D, once again, I've seen the new layout. Two thoughts:
1) Shiny!
2) Ten's Eyes have changed colour.
Overall opinion: Very nice. Me likey. *applauds*

Well, it's back to the gindstone with me. I'm back in ontario. I have been since friday The thing is, when I got home, mom picked me up at Pearson, then drove me out to our trailer in Parry Sound, where my folks have recently rented a seasonal site. I was stuck there with my parents, little sister, and my cousin (one year minus one day younger than imouto).

We returned home yesterday, and now I'm stuck looking for a job. I've been pursuing that angle all day..

On a lighter note, I am way overdue for a posting spree in all my RPGs. D, if you're reading this (I'm sure you will, eventually), I saw your blog's new layout. Sugoi desu!. I think we're stuck playing email tag.

My mom has a few weeks' work to keep me busy; right now I'm dicta-typing for her for extra bucks.

And that's about it for now.

I'm at Mako-chan's. I've been here for a week now, and she's cleaning. I've offered to help, but she won't let me, so that leaves me with not much to do but make posties.

I arrived on . . . saturday. Went to "Metro". It was pretty good. The music there was a lot like what they'd play at The Pub at university. Sunday Mako and I went to see Chicago with D while Z was gone. Movie was good, hanging out with Mako and D was better. Monday: bowling with Mako, Z and D. Much fun. Tuesday.... what did we do tuesday? Went to Pacific place where I found three Weiss DVDs, and hit the bowling alley there and played DDR. Wednesday we went to West Edmonton Mall where we hit the rides, and I found a Weiss Poster, an Utena poster, a Weiss wallscroll, and*drumroll please* a Weiss Drama CD. It's Glühen: Fight Fire with Fire. I don't understand it all, but it sounds kewl, and the fact that it's MINE, ALL MINE, MUA HA HA HA *hack* is enough for me. I so happy!

But anywhoo, on with the summary of my week. Thursday... went to Chinook with Mako and saw X2 and then to Eau Claire to play MORE DDR (my aching legs - not used to it). Friday: More Eau Claire for a bit with D and her friend, then we went to Casa de la Salsa, which was dead. We gave up there around one, took D and co. home, then went to Renegade's for a half hour. Saturday, yesterday: MORE Eau Claire with one of Mako's friends (Yum! Ice cream!) and then we went to Palace, where the place was nice, but the music sucked. And now you know how my week was.

Plans for next week: Tomorrow we leave for Radium and Banff, to return Tuesday. Other than the fact that I leave friday morning, I have no other plans. Get together with D again maybe?
